美國總統川普（Donald J. Trump）與北韓最高領導人金正恩，12日在美朝元首峰會之後，發表《美國總統川普與朝鮮民主主義人民共和國主席金正恩新加坡峰會聯合聲明》（Joint Statement of President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea at the Singapore Summit.），雙方稱願建立美朝新關係，為全世界和半島和平繁榮攜手努力。

2018年6月12日，美國總統川普（Donald Trump）與朝鮮民主主義人民共和國主席金正恩在新加坡舉行具重大歷史意義的首次高峰會。

President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) held a first, historic summit in Singapore on June 12, 2018.

川普總統與金正恩主席，針對建立美朝新關係和建立朝鮮半島長久強健的和平體制，進行一場全面深入和真誠的意見交換。川普總統承諾為朝鮮民主主義人民共和國提供安全保障，金正恩主席重申他對完成朝鮮半島去核化堅定不變的承諾。

President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un conducted a comprehensive, in-depth, and sincere exchange of opinions on the issues related to the establishment of new U.S.-DPRK relations and the building of a lasting and robust peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. President Trump committed to provide security guarantees to the DPRK, and Chairman Kim Jong Un reaffirmed his firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.  

川普總統與金正恩主席深信，美朝新關係的建立將為全世界和朝鮮半島帶來繁榮與和平，也認同雙方建立互信可以促進朝鮮半島去核化，雙方聲明如下：

Convinced that the establishment of new U.S.-DPRK relations will contribute to the peace and prosperity of the Korean Peninsula and of the world, and recognizing that mutual confidence building can promote the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un state the following:

一、美國與朝鮮民主主義人民共和國，承諾依照兩國人民對於和平和繁榮的渴望，建立新的美朝關係。

1. The United States and the DPRK commit to establish new U.S.-DPRK relations in accordance with the desire of the peoples of the two countries for peace and prosperity.

二、美國與朝鮮民主主義人民共和國，將共同努力建立朝鮮半島永久穩定的和平體制。

2. The United States and the DPRK will join their efforts to build a lasting and stable peace regime on the Korean Peninsula.

三、朝鮮民主主義人民共和國重申2018年4月27日發表的《板門店宣言》，承諾將朝向實現朝鮮半島完全去核化努力。

3. Reaffirming the April 27, 2018 Panmunjom Declaration, the DPRK commits to work towards complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

四、美國和朝鮮民主主義人民共和國承諾找回戰俘和失蹤軍事人員遺骸，包括立即將已經確認身份的戰俘遺骸遣送回國。

4. The United States and the DPRK commit to recovering POW/MIA remains, including the immediate repatriation of those already identified.

川普總統和金正恩主席皆承認，歷史上首次的美朝高峰會，具有跨時代的重大意義，克服兩國之間長達數十年的緊張局勢和敵對行為，並開創新的未來。兩人將致力於充分、迅速地執行此聯合聲明中的各項條約。美國與朝鮮民主主義人民共和國誓言，盡早舉行由美國國務卿蓬佩奧（Mike Pompeo）和相關的朝鮮高階官員領導的後續談判，以實踐美朝高峰會的成果。

Having acknowledged that the U.S.-DPRK summit - the first in history - was an epochal event of great significance and overcoming decades of tensions and hostilities between the two countries and for the opening of a new future, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un commit to implement the stipulations in this joint statement fully and expeditiously. The United States and the DPRK commit to hold follow-on negotiations led by the U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, and a relevant high-level DPRK official, at the earliest possible date, to implement the outcomes of the U.S.-DPRK summit.

美利堅合眾國總統川普與朝鮮民主主義人民共和國國務委員會委員長金正恩，承諾將致力於發展美朝新關係，為促進朝鮮半島的和平、繁榮和安全共同合作。President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea have committed to cooperate for the development of new U.S.-DPRK relations and for the promotion of peace, prosperity, and security of the Korean Peninsula and of the world.
